Departures at Dublin Airport

The Dublin Airport Authority (DAA) recommends arriving at the airport 90 minutes before your flight’s scheduled departure. This will allow you to check your luggage and clear security with time to spare. In the event that there are any unexpected hang-ups, you’ll still have time to make your flight.

Ticketing and check-in desks at Dublin Airport are located in the following areas:

Terminal 1: First floor, in the Departures Hall
Terminal 2: Ground floor

To save yourself time during the check-in process, have your passport and tickets ready when you approach the desk. Ensure that your carry-on language does not contain any prohibited items – particularly liquids, gels or pastes.

Self check-in is available with several of the airlines operating in both terminals. This expedites the check-in process, allowing passengers to select their seats and print their boarding pass automatically.
